Selecting a rug is a considered decision. Should you require assistance, our Client Care team is available to guide you.
For all return or exchange enquiries, please contact info@mayacollection.com.au within 14 days of delivery.
Stock Collection
Stock rugs may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition with packaging intact.
Rugs that have been installed, soiled, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Returns must be approved prior to dispatch. Returned items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is deemed faulty. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges are available for stock items within the 14 day return period, subject to availability. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Crafted Variation
Each MAYA rug is handcrafted using traditional techniques and hand-dyed yarns. Variations in tone, texture, weave, and finish are inherent to the making process and form part of the character of each piece. These natural variations are not considered faults.
Custom and Made to Order Rugs
All custom, made to order, and bespoke rugs are final sale. Due to the individual nature of these pieces created specifically to your requested size, specification, or colour, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced.
We encourage careful consultation prior to confirming custom orders. Samples and swatches are available to support your selection process.
