Shipping & Delivery

Each MAYA rug is crafted with intention and care. Our delivery services are designed to reflect that same consideration, ensuring your piece arrives thoughtfully and settles naturally into your space. 

We offer complimentary delivery within selected metropolitan postcodes for online retail orders. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout. Deliveries to regional, non-metropolitan, trade, and wholesale addresses may incur shipping fees calculated according to location, service level, and rug size. 

Delivery Services 

Studio Delivery Complimentary (Metro Eligible Postcodes) 

A streamlined service suitable for ground floor or building entrance delivery during business hours. This option is appropriate for rugs under 50kg and does not include installation, stair access, or packaging removal. Assistance may be required at the time of delivery. 

Interior Delivery $199 Recommended 

A scheduled in-home delivery service available in metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane within 50km of the CBD. This service includes a nominated delivery date, a 3 to 4 hour arrival window, and placement of the rug in a room of your choice. Additional rugs may incur an added delivery fee. 

White Glove Delivery $295 

Our most comprehensive service includes a scheduled delivery date with a 3 to 4 hour window, placement and installation within your selected room, removal and responsible disposal of packaging, and light repositioning of furniture with a maximum combined weight of 100kg. Available in select metropolitan locations. 

Underlay Delivery 

Underlays purchased separately incur a flat shipping fee. We recommend purchasing underlay at the time of your rug order to avoid additional charges. 

International Shipping 

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place basis. Local duties, customs taxes, and import charges remain the responsibility of the client. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact info@mayacollection.com.au for assistance. 

Dispatch and Processing 

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within two business days from our warehouse or manufacturing location. During peak periods or for made to order pieces, dispatch times may vary and will be communicated where applicable. 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes 

Metro Australia 5 to 10 business days Regional Australia 7 to 14 business days International 10 to 15 business days, subject to customs clearance 

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. 

Delivery Conditions 

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during business hours. A signature is required upon receipt unless Authority to Leave has been requested. Where Authority to Leave is provided, delivery will be made at the nominated address at the client’s risk. MAYA Collection cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage once delivery has been completed under these instructions. 

While in transit, your order is insured against loss or damage until confirmed delivery. 

If no one is available to receive the delivery and no Authority to Leave has been provided, the courier may redirect the shipment to a local depot. Re-delivery fees may apply. 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. MAYA Collection is not liable for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. 

Risk transfers to the client upon confirmed delivery or signed receipt. 

We recommend carefully inspecting your rug upon arrival. If packaging appears damaged, please do not sign and contact info@mayacollection.com.au immediately. Any concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
